ESPN have recently released its iOS application just in time for the early rounds of the Masters. The WatchESPN application is available for download and it is free, so sports fans will be able to watch premium sports programs on their iPhone, iPod touch and – starting next month – on their iPads.

This includes channels such as ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN3.com. To enjoy the features of the sports application in full, you need to subscribe to ESPN’s linear programming through Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks or Verizon FiOS TV, and themoment you type your subscriber credentials, live feed streaming begins.

Live streaming includes top events from Major League Baseball, the US Open, NBA Regular Seasons, The Open Championships, College Football and Basketball, Spanish Primera Liga, Barclays Premier League and Euro 2012 Soccer.

Moreover, you can have access to all four Grand Slam events and any other live events you find on the ESPN networks.
