State-run media said that China Unicom is planning to launch Apple’s new latest iPhone in the world’s largest mobile market in the next month time. Caixin media group said that Apple has also agreed to allow distributing the iPad tablet computer in China, by the second-largest mobile operator of the countries, the “China Unicom”.

It is also said that the specific timetable has not been set for the launch of iPad. China Unicom has said before that it is in discussion with the Apple’s to sell the iPad and the iPhone 4, which have launched all around the world to display and also are already accessible in China’s prosperous grey market for Apple products. Earlier in this month the company has started offering the iPhone 3GS model along with the service of the wireless Internet capability. At China Unicom an official told AFP that he could not confirm the deals.

Apple will launch iPhone 4 in China with carrier partner China Unicom anytime in the  September, just weeks after beginning sales of a Wi-Fi-enabled iPhone 3GS in that market. It is said the two products would not be launched at the same time and that there is no specific timeframe given for the launch of the iPad.
