Zosh is an application for filling out and signing documents. The app aims to help make its user’s life easier when it comes to paperwork.
So, how does it work?
The application does not require either the sender or receiver to change the way they handle documents. It supports standard business document formats like PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, images etc. The key element in using the app is that the users send the documents to the Zosh server, where the documents are translated to the mobile optimized format. The app supports large documents and document downloads on demand. Users can also insert images into their documents by selecting one from the iPhone photo gallery.
With this application the fax machine practically loses its function, because it lets you receive and fill in documents with the supported format. The extra feature of this application is that users can sign a form with their fingers. With Zosh, fingers become virtual pens. And when the form is ready, it can be sent via email and the attachment will be a PDF. This is what the app has been developed for. The quality of the attachment remains the same, unlike with fax machines.
Zosh is available in Apple’s App Store for $2.99 and requires iPhone OS 3.1.2 or higher.
