Since installing 3.0 I have noticed that SMS takes a a while longer than before and opening photos as well. Anyone else have the same??

You need to downgrade to 2.2.1 before you can upgrade. You might need to put it into the firmware update mode.

I had the beta on mine, this is what I did.

I have the beta 5 release of the 3.0, and when I try to update on iTunes it tells me I have the latest 3.0 software. Any help ?

Notice to any Irish users of new 3.0 software for iphone.I just downloaded this software and ran into a small problem in doing so.MAKE SURE you remove the simlock from your sim card before you start this process as you will be unable to do so during process and you cannot activateyour new software if your sim is locked.If you have a spare phone,as i have,you can take the simlock off on it reinsert your sim in iphone and it will work perfectly.Don’t know if this is just an irish issue or not but forewarned is forearmed
