I bought my 3g last July, paid $399 for it because it was not time to upgrade. I started my contract in dec 2007. Now they say I am eligable for an upgrade in may 2010? That doesn't make sense. I am paying $699 for a 32gb, that I ordered last week. Supposed to be here tomorrow. Well see. Last I checked it hasn't even shipped yet. They are still screwing me over.
