Check out a free little app called midomi, trust me you’ll love it, does the same job except you can sing, hum, say or type in a song and bookmark if you want

Agree with Colt seams there is nothing worth writing about as regards to iPhone and it apps. What we like to know about is new iPhone’s coming out and it software, not apps that are years old

Midomi is another brilliant app. It lets you identify music that is currently playing by capturing a clip, like Shazam, but it also lets you sing or hum a tune to identify through the mic.

Shazam is great indeed, it has lots of abilities and recognizes the song even if there are other sounds around ( at a certain degree of sensibility ) i advise you all to get it and use it, it will help you when you listen to a song on the radio for example and want to know what it is to keep it with you

this app has been out for AGES like back when appstore first came out.
To have you doing a review on it NOW is a bit.. Well its many things.
Yes its a Brilliant app i’m always using to find out what that song is on the music channel; radio; backgound of an advert etc..
another one thats pretty goo but i dont use often is “midomi”.
It costs, but it allows you to search for songs based on a few lines you can remember; humming the tune or saying the title as well as the shazams captcha ability.
