The amazing Apple was served with not one but two different lawsuits this week by a few companies that claim copyright infringement on multiple things.
One of the lawsuits orginated from Affinity Labs who, according to AppleInsider, states that the iPhone and iPod Touch infringe on three patents for transferring information wirelessly. Affinity Labs also believes that providing music via iTunes and applications via the App Store also infringes on their patent for browsing, downloading, and transferring techniques.
The other lawsuit was brought to light by Accolade Systems and it targets Aptina Imaging and Micron stating that they infringed on patents for the camera. Not the camera itself but by producing three CMOS image sensors in the camera that determines the camera’s sensor intensity saturation. In fact Apple wasn’t even stated as a defendant in Accolade’s original lawsuit on this matter.
I thinking of putting a luit suit against Apple too, in the last 10 weeks I have had four new phones my last one has lasted just 7 days. When my contract is up I don’t think I will have a iPhone again. I love the phone don’t get me wrong and the Apple stores are first class at service but the phones are rubbish

No BS hxclos it’s fact mate got another appointment with an Apple Genius on Monday no doubt to get another replacement if this fails again I back to my carrier o2 and changing it for a Nokia
