1.1.2 can be unlocked so thats is not good enough to know for sure.

I think you are damed if you do and damed if you don't so. Unless someone else can think of something i suggest going through with trying to downgrade it to 1.1.1

unlocked ihave NOT got bootloader 4.6 iwould bet my iphone on that

here is what I beleave the best thing for you to do so you dont brick your phone.

contact the seller and make sure to ask if the seller upgraded or got it 1.1.2.

that will determine the bootloader

no option in ibrickr
shipped 1.1.2 unlocked [from ebay] seller would have upgraded from 1.1.1 or lower
so don,t think i have bootloader 4.6

risk of bricking here.

but you might be able to download either the 1.1.2 or 1.1.1 and when you click restore you hold in shift and select the firmare other than 1.0.2

does ibrickr give you the option to upload anything

ATT – Do u mean that phone network? NO -I have an unlocked iphone 1.12 which i can use on any phone network in Australia.  We do not have ATT as phone network
2 be clear – i downloaded some apps from IBrickr – one of them (don't remember which one) all…
